Professional Supervision
Professional supervision is common place in vocations that work closely with people. It is an active and reflective process designed to help professionals develop their knowledge, skills, and practice. It focuses on identifying learning and clarifying challenges, exploring possibilities and, reducing burn out.
As a teacher, I understand the challenges and joy that accompanies the privilege of working in a school community.
